Do you ship outside Hong Kong?

No, all our orders are accepted and shipped within Hong Kong only. We don’t take international orders and request customers not to place orders from anywhere else either.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Hong Kong takes 2-3 business days. We make sure that each item is delivered safely to your doorstep, and in a timely manner as well.

What happens if a wrong or defective item arrives?

We have a 30-day replacement or return policy in place for defective or wrong orders. We understand that mistakes can happen and thus, we ensure maximum convenience for all our customers.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations are available only before the shipping is complete. Once the shipping is done, it’s not possible for you to cancel an order. Standard shipping takes 1 business day.
